The African Studies Bookstore is pleased to Launch a Christmas Booksale to give back to its clients, put more books into the hands of readers, and live up to its mission of promoting the visibility and accessibility of African publications across the globe.
This booksale will run from 1st to 24th December 2024
The Publishing and Partnerships Director, Mr.Wartson Atukwatse, while launching this campaign, invited all book lovers to take advantage of this special deal and shop books for themselves and their loved ones for reading and enjoyment during the festive Season. The bookshop offers an incredible special discounts of up to 40% on all its books.

The African studies Bookstore is at the Centre of promoting and advancing Africa's publishing sector, knowledge production, and shaping the African narrative by providing an enabling publishing infrastructure for writers, poets, researchers, and readers writing and researching on Africa. We are advocating for local publishing by partnering with leading university presses in return for Africa licensing rights. This allows us to publish the otherwise would–be expensive books at subsidized rates and make them accessible to local readers at affordable prices. In addition to this, the publishing house is providing a world class, proffessional and unmatched publishing inflastructure to its clients with one major goal of - telling Africa's stories.
The African Studies bookstore is a publishing and book distribution house based in Kampala Uganda and is a partner of Africanbook. Shop based in the Netherlands. They have published over 80 titles under their name and plan to double the figure in the next 5 years.
