A Licence To Phil is a poetic rendering of the world through the
unshaded lens of Philip Matogo. In it, Matogo has drawn a line in the
sand and crossed it as he charts taboo subjects concerning sex,
politics and counter-culture.

world of its need to laugh and unshackle itself of its fear of being true
