Kwame Anthony Appiah

Kwame Anthony Appiah ( London , May 8, 1954 ) is a Ghanaian - British philosopher , cultural theorist and writer. He is known for his ideas about the concept of identity , in which he assumes the fundamental equality of all people on this earth, regardless of their race or other forms of identity. Humanity is unity in diversity. Appiah calls himself the product of two worlds: his childhood was both in a large city in Ghana and in rural England .
